Tour overview

Enjoy safe travel and great views during the whole trip.

From the busy avenues of Delhi to the quiet waters of Udaipur, this seven-day route carries travellers through distinctly different chapters of North Indian heritage. The Golden Triangle with Udaipur Tour extends the traditional Delhi–Agra–Jaipur circuit through Pushkar and into the Mewar region, giving the journey a broader Rajasthan character.

Mughal history shapes the opening section in Delhi and Agra before Rajasthan's royal architecture takes over in Jaipur. Pushkar creates a brief spiritual interval along the route, with its sacred lake, ghats and temple traditions offering a different atmosphere from the large cities covered earlier.

Udaipur forms the closing chapter of the journey. Palace architecture rising above Lake Pichola, traditional streets and the surrounding Aravalli landscape give the final destination an identity entirely different from Jaipur. Two nights in Udaipur also allow travellers to finish the itinerary at a more comfortable pace.

The 6 nights 7 days Golden Triangle with Udaipur tour package is suited to families, couples and private groups looking to combine India's classic Golden Triangle with Pushkar and southern Rajasthan. Scheduled sightseeing and intercity sectors are handled by a private air-conditioned car with driver throughout the road journey.

Day wise itinerary

Tour Itinerary

Day1

Delhi Arrival & Capital Sightseeing

Arrive in Delhi and meet your assigned driver at Delhi Airport, railway station, hotel or another confirmed pickup point. Proceed towards the selected accommodation and complete check-in according to the hotel's applicable timing. After refreshments and some rest, begin sightseeing based on your arrival schedule. The opening day is reserved for the capital so travellers are not required to combine a long intercity drive with their first few hours of the holiday.

Travel through selected areas representing Delhi's historical and modern character. The sightseeing sequence can be arranged according to monument operating hours, weekly closures, hotel location and traffic conditions. Since the capital covers a large geographical area, the route prioritises significant attractions that can reasonably be visited within the available time instead of creating an impractical list of distant stops.

Spend the later part of the day around central Delhi and its prominent avenues before returning to the hotel. Travellers interested in markets or local dining can use the evening according to their preference, while guests arriving after a long journey may finish the programme earlier. Shopping is optional and no commercial stop is compulsory. Spend the first overnight stay in Delhi.

Day2

Delhi to Agra & Mughal Heritage Sightseeing

Have breakfast, check out and leave Delhi for Agra in your private air-conditioned car. A morning departure provides enough time to reach the city and begin its principal heritage programme without rushing. Take a refreshment or comfort stop along the route when necessary. On arrival, proceed towards the hotel for check-in or start sightseeing first when that is more practical according to room availability and monument timings.

Proceed to the TajMahal and allow sufficient time for security procedures, entry, gardens and the main visitor areas. Guests should carry only permitted belongings because security regulations apply inside the complex. The TajMahal is generally closed to regular visitors on Fridays, and the itinerary needs to be adjusted when the scheduled Agra sightseeing day coincides with this weekly closure. Entrance tickets remain payable separately.

Continue to Agra Fort, where fortified walls, gateways, courtyards and former imperial areas provide another perspective on Mughal architecture. Spend adequate time walking through the accessible sections before concluding the day's sightseeing. Afterwards, proceed to the selected hotel if check-in was not completed earlier. Keep the evening at leisure and spend the night in Agra.

Day3

Agra to Jaipur & Pink City Evening

Begin with breakfast, complete hotel check-out and meet your driver for the road journey towards Jaipur. The route leaves the Mughal city behind and enters Rajasthan, marking a clear change in architectural and cultural character. Take a convenient lunch or refreshment break during the journey. No unnecessary long diversions are added, allowing travellers to reach Jaipur with useful evening time remaining.

On arrival, proceed to your selected hotel and complete check-in. Take some time to rest after the road journey before heading towards the historic city. The major Jaipur sightseeing programme is deliberately reserved for the following morning, providing enough daylight for the city's principal heritage attractions and avoiding a rushed visit near monument closing times.

Spend the evening around an accessible section of the Pink City, where traditional market streets contain textiles, jewellery, handicrafts and locally produced goods. Guests can browse according to personal interest without any compulsory shopping visit. Those who prefer additional rest can remain at the hotel. Return after the evening programme and spend the night in Jaipur.

Day4

Jaipur Heritage Sightseeing & Drive to Pushkar

Have an early breakfast and begin the main Jaipur sightseeing programme. Travel towards the historic hill and fort region, where Rajasthan's royal architecture and Aravalli surroundings dominate the morning. Walk through the principal accessible areas at a comfortable pace, allowing enough time for architectural details, photography and viewpoints rather than moving rapidly from one stop to another.

Continue into central Jaipur for the city's major royal and historical attractions. Take a lunch break between visits and spend some time around the historic district according to the available schedule. Because the journey continues to Pushkar later in the day, sightseeing is organised carefully to cover the important areas without making the final road sector unnecessarily late. Monument tickets and guide services remain separate from the package cost.

Meet your driver in the afternoon and begin travelling towards Pushkar. Reach the pilgrimage town and proceed to your selected hotel for check-in. Depending on arrival time, take a short walk around the local market or keep the evening free for rest. The principal religious visits are reserved for the following morning. Spend the night in Pushkar.

Day5

Pushkar Pilgrimage Sightseeing & Drive to Udaipur

Have breakfast and begin the morning around Pushkar's sacred lake and pilgrimage district. Walk through the permitted sections of the ghats while observing local customs regarding footwear, photography and visitor behaviour. The atmosphere differs considerably from the forts and large urban monuments covered during the previous days, giving the itinerary a quieter religious interval before continuing towards southern Rajasthan.

Proceed towards the Brahma Temple according to applicable visitor timings and temple regulations. Puja, offerings, priest services and religious donations remain optional personal choices and are not included automatically in the tour price. After completing the visit, return towards the hotel, collect your luggage and check out. Take an early lunch or suitable refreshment break before beginning the longer road journey.

Leave Pushkar and travel south towards Udaipur by private car. As the route progresses, the landscape gradually changes towards the Aravalli region and Mewar. Suitable comfort stops can be taken during the drive. Reach Udaipur later in the day, proceed to your selected hotel and complete check-in. Keep the evening free after the journey and spend your first overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day6

Full-Day Udaipur Heritage & Lake Sightseeing

Begin with breakfast before heading out for a complete day of Udaipur sightseeing. The morning focuses on the city's royal Mewar heritage, where extensive palace architecture overlooks the historic lake district. Walk through the principal accessible areas at a comfortable pace, allowing enough time to appreciate courtyards, balconies, royal rooms and views across the surrounding city.

After the heritage programme, continue through selected parts of old Udaipur and take a lunch break at a restaurant of your choice. The traditional streets contain miniature paintings, textiles, handicrafts and jewellery for travellers interested in local shopping. Guests who prefer a slower schedule can use part of the afternoon for leisure around the waterfront instead. No commercial visit is compulsory.

Spend the evening around Lake Pichola. An optional boat ride can be taken when operational, subject to ticket availability, weather, water conditions and applicable schedules. Travellers who prefer not to take a boat ride can enjoy time around an accessible lakeside area. Return to the hotel after the evening programme and spend the second overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day7

Udaipur Morning & Departure

Have breakfast and keep the final morning relaxed according to your onward travel timing. Complete hotel check-out and prepare your luggage for the departure transfer. No major attraction is fixed for this morning because flight and train schedules vary considerably, and travellers should have sufficient time to reach their departure point without rushing.

Guests with a later departure can use the available hours for a short shopping stop, lunch or an appropriate local drive within the confirmed vehicle schedule. Travellers who prefer additional leisure can remain at the hotel until the applicable check-out time. Personal shopping, meals and any additional activities remain payable directly.

At the agreed time, your private driver will transfer you to MaharanaPratap Airport, Udaipur City railway station, bus stand or another confirmed Udaipur drop point. The Golden Triangle with Udaipur Tour 6 nights 7 days concludes after linking Delhi and Agra's historic legacy with Jaipur's royal Rajasthan character, Pushkar's sacred surroundings and Udaipur's lakeside Mewar heritage.
